Been trying to get the new Blackberry activated with the company enterprise server. After many failed attempts (it just timed out saying the server wasn't responding), even after wiping it multiple times, I tried calling Vodafone.
It quickly transpired that that was because they'd shipped me an Internet, rather than Enterprise SIM. However, even worse, it turns out that was because that was the plan they had me on. I did enquire how then was it that I'd been with them on this same plan since 2006 and been through an upgrade (including new SIM), using Enterprise Server all this time if that was the wrong plan?
Needless to say, didn't get much in the way of a knowledgable reply...
So, account is allegedly swapped over but won't take effect till midnight so I'll try activating again in the morning.
