Again with the hard disk

Heard back from HGST again. They now agree that I sent them back a SATA drive. The mistake was because I apparently incorrectly put a "2" instead of "Z" in the serial number of the returned unit. Sheesh. Anyway, new RMA being generated. Still doesn't explain why the model number traces to a SATA, not PATA drive...

I've also been asked to confirm again that I won't be using their products for the design, development, manufacturing, testing, stockpiling, or use of biological, nuclear, missile or chemical weapons. Way things are going, I'm not sure I want to use their products. Period.
